1. Respect the community
Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or targeted abuse.
2. Keep content legal and safe
Do not post illegal content, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or anything that promotes dangerous criminal behavior.
3. Share only what you have the right to share
Only upload photos, videos, and links you own or have permission to use. Do not impersonate other people or brands.
4. No spam or scam behavior
Do not use PicNick for spam, phishing, fake giveaways, mass unsolicited promotion, or misleading commercial activity.
5. Use messaging and crews responsibly
Respect boundaries in messages, notifications, crews, and invites. Repeated unwanted contact or abuse is not allowed.
6. Keep meets and show content responsible
Do not use the platform to organize dangerous activity, doxx people, or encourage reckless behavior that puts others at risk.
7. We may take action
Accounts or content that break these guidelines may be removed, restricted, or permanently banned to protect the community.
